Kathie has more than 35 years’ experience in club operations and membership management. She started at PIYC in the Fall of 2013 and came to us from Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers where she was responsible for Membership and Lifestyle Activities for seven years. Kathie has previously worked with Stock Development as a Vice President of Lifestyle Development, Corporate Director of Membership Services & Lifestyle with Hardy Development Group, Lexington Country Club, Del Tura Country Club and Heron’s Glen Country Club. Kathie especially loved her time working with Disney and at a resort in the Poconos. She holds a B.S. degree from York College of Pennsylvania in Community Recreation & Leisure Administration. She was the founder of the SWFL Activity Directors Networking Group. She is an active member and past Board Member of the Membership Directors Association of Southwest Florida with the Professional Club Marketing Association. She is a member and attained her CMP (Certified Membership Professional) status in September 2016. Kathie’s interests includes water sports, traveling and photography. Kathie is originally from Williamsport, PA and resides in Bonita Springs with her husband Thomas and has two daughters. The Pedit family loves dogs, fishing and boating in the Wiggins Pass area! She is also now "Omie" to her first granddaughter born in June 2022.
