Captain Connor Gear, a Florida native, grew up on our local waterways which has given him the opportunity to learn and experience what Southwest Florida has to offer in the marine world. Connor has over 8 years of experience with working in the marine industry providing excellent service and great experiences for all. Connor has mastered managing vessels, coordinating arrivals and departures to and from Marinas, and overseeing Marina maintenance tasks. His ultimate goal at Pelican Isle Yacht Club is to elevate the Member's experience by cultivating a serene, yet professional waterfront lifestyle and promoting the unmatched atmosphere within the PIYC community. With his determination to ensure smooth sailing within our Marina operations, we proudly welcome Connor as our PIYC Dockmaster. In his free time, you can find Connor out on the water
and spending quality time with his friends and family.
