Joining Fee: $3,000 plus 6% sales tax
Equity Social Membership
Membership Initiation Fee: $10,000 (one-time/non-refundable)
20/20 Initial Capital Fee: $3,900 included in the fee shown above
Club Dues: $4,300 plus 6% sales tax (billed annually)
Club Capital Fee: $150 (billed per quarter)
20/20 Capital Fee: $110 per month (beginning September 2016)
Food & Beverage Minimum: $500 per year per membership
Annual dues are subject to 6% sales tax and are prorated based on activation date.

Equity Yacht Membership
Membership Transfer Fee: Varies
Self Insurance Deposit: $2,500 (refundable)
Marina Maintenance Fee: $290 plus 6% sales tax (billed monthly)
Electric: Varies (billed per quarter based on use)
Only State of Florida “sovereign submerged lands” slips are subject to one-time 6% use fee.
Equity Social Membership required.
A background check is required for all applicants. $100 fee collected per membership
