Improve your tennis game while having fun!
The 2017-2018 Season will kick off with a Demo Day on Monday, November 6th (click here), and regular play will resume Wednesday, November 8th!
- Monday and Wednesdays, guided play with instruction from Tennis Pro Fritz Nau, $18 per person, billed to your Member account, 8:30am-10:00am
- Fridays: open play, no charge to participate in informal doubles play, 8:30am-10:00am
Whether you are new to the game or a veteran, Pelican Isle Yacht Club members are all welcome to join their fellow members in a game of tennis on our two courts. Tennis is a fantastic physical conditioning sport for all levels of play. Tennis at Pelican Isle Yacht Club gives members the opportunity to join their friends or meet new friends.
Please contact Marsha Gillespie at firstname.lastname@example.org or Connie Kindsvater at email@example.com with any questions on social tennis. There is no charge for Members to participate on Fridays in the informal social doubles.
During April through October, regular Monday and Wednesday Clinics are on hiatus. Informal Social Doubles will still take place Monday, Wednesday or Friday if there are at least 4 players available. Please let Marsha Gillespie or Connie Kindsvater know if you are in town and would like to get together for informal fun play!
***Please help us to preserve our newly resurfaced courts! Proper footwear is required on the courts: Members must wear tennis shoes (no black soles) when playing tennis or pickleball. ***
